Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 1, 2026
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by all of our policies. That includes our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into the others by reference. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not access or use this website, purchase from us, or submit any information to us. Your continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept those changes.

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Truebolt website and your engagement of our services. "Truebolt," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Truebolt LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Our services

Truebolt designs, builds, and maintains AI agents, automations, and operational systems for businesses ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined separately in a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement ("Engagement Agreement"). Information on this website is for general informational purposes and is not an offer or guarantee of any specific result.

3. Engagements, scope & payment

4. Communications & messaging consent

By submitting your information through any form on this site (including the Operations & Revenue Diagnostic) and checking the consent box, you agree that Truebolt — and digital assistants acting on our behalf — may contact you by email, telephone call, and text/SMS message at the contact details you provide, including for scheduling, service, and marketing purposes.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to have the authority to enter into an engagement, and to use our Services lawfully. When we build messaging or calling systems for your business, you are responsible for obtaining proper end-user consent and complying with all applicable laws (including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and applicable privacy laws) in your own communications, and you agree to indemnify Truebolt for your failure to do so.

6. Intellectual property

The Truebolt name, logo, website, and content are owned by Truebolt and may not be used without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced in an engagement is governed by your Engagement Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, Truebolt retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, and templates.

7. Third-party services

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. scheduling, CRM, AI, and telephony providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. No guarantee of results

AI and automation outcomes depend on many factors specific to your business. Any performance figures, ROI examples, or results shown on this site are illustrative and not a promise of future results. Truebolt does not guarantee any specific revenue, savings, or outcome.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truebolt's total liability arising out of or relating to the site or an engagement will not exceed the amounts you paid to Truebolt for the applicable Services in the two (2) months preceding the claim, and Truebolt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Truebolt harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your communications with your own customers, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information disclosed during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Specific terms may be set out in a separate non-disclosure or engagement agreement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at our discretion. Termination of an engagement is governed by the applicable Engagement Agreement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Accounts and security

Some of what we offer — courses, memberships, portals, and software — requires an account. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and not to share access with anyone else. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at support@truebolt.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or terminate an account that is shared, misused, or used in breach of these Terms.

16. Trademarks

"Truebolt", the Truebolt lightning-bolt mark, "Strike true", and our related names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Truebolt LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, and you may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with you, your business, or your content. Other names and marks on this site belong to their respective owners.

17. Purchases and other applicable terms

Purchases made through this site are also governed by our Return & Refund Policy, and cookies by our Cookie Policy. Where you sign a separate agreement with us — an AI Services Agreement, Master Services Agreement, or Statement of Work — that signed agreement governs that engagement and prevails over these Terms to the extent they conflict.

18. Linking to our site

You may link to our homepage in a way that is fair and lawful and does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. You may not frame our site, embed it in another site, or reproduce substantial parts of it without our written permission. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

19. Time limit on claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, to the extent permitted by applicable law. After that period, the claim is permanently barred.

20. Class action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute will be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and Truebolt LLC each waive any right to a trial by jury in any such dispute.

21. Waiver and severability

If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

22. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Truebolt LLC regarding your use of this site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
