Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Truebolt LLC ("Truebolt," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or engage our services. By using the site, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you fill out a form, take the Operations & Revenue Diagnostic, sign up for our list, or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the responses you provide.
- Information collected automatically — basic usage and device data (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to you, schedule and conduct calls, and provide our services.
- To send you your assessment results and related communications.
- To send updates, content, and marketing (where you've consented), from which you can opt out at any time.
- To operate, improve, and secure our website and services, and to comply with law.
4. Text messaging (SMS) & consent
If you opt in, we may send you text messages and place calls related to scheduling, service, and (where consented) marketing. Some of this outreach — including follow-up calls and texts — may be placed or handled by a digital assistant acting on our behalf. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us operate (e.g. scheduling, CRM, AI, telephony/SMS, email, and analytics providers), under contracts that limit their use of it;
- When required by law or to protect our rights;
- In connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition).
6. Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum: the essentials needed to run the site, plus a small number of functional cookies from tools we embed, such as our chat widget. We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Full detail, including what is in use today, is in our Cookie Policy.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights & choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
- You may opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP) at any time.
- California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to exercise them.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites and tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Children under the age of 13
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you are under 13, do not use this site, make a purchase, or send us any information about yourself — including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, contact us at support@truebolt.ai and we will remove it.
We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.
